Early pregnancy before 6 weeks

I remember feeling pregnant with my first with all of the symptoms. This pregnancy I feel them to but they come and go. At 6 weeks I remember full blown nausea and never wanting to eat again. I am 4 weeks 5 days and can eat a lot. My ? Kinda is  do a lot of u have symptoms in the begging when u find out right away? My husband thinks I am weird because I shouldn't feel pregnant right now. Anytime I tell him oh I'm bitchy cuz the hormones or "that's why that happened in tww" he looks at me like I'm crazy. He actually told that I was reading to much into things.
