Anyone Else First Trimester?🤢

So I have really bad morning sickness and throw up 90% of everything I eat. Has anyone else had a severe like, pain in the middle of the stomach when throwing up? I’m a first time mom and this is my first ever pregnancy so I need help.

I was throwing up 6x a day and more. Bough seabands that go on your wrist for the nausea I can say it’s been once a day now. I can also now hold liquids down. My doc said try small meals like crackers and toast every 2/3 hours and go for gatorades since water was making me throw up. Stay away from big meals too. Its gross but I also got a cup to spit in since the extra saliva was also adding to me having to puke.

I’m in my 2nd & this STILL happens to me not as often but still happens it starts to calm down around the 2nd trimester

I’m 13 weeks and I’ve been sick since like week 6.... it’s awful and I’m still not back up to the weight I was before I got pregnant... I take Unisom. You have to take a certain kind of Unisom so make sure you ask a pharmacist for help

I had it during my first trimester. I think it's sore muscles from being over used by vomiting so much.
