gross but is this my mucus plug?

I just woke up from a nap and went pee, I wiped and saw this!! I wiped four more times and each time there was a pink glob! I’m 39 Weeks +1 Day today. Yesterday at my OB appointment my doctor stripped my membranes and I had menstrual like cramps all day before and after my appointment. He told me that I went from being 1/2 cm dilated and 50% effaced last week to 1 and 1/2 cm to 2cm dilated and 60% effaced this week.

Is this possibly my mucus plug?? And what should I do?
