I have a question..

My husband is from Algeria, he works primarily with women and most of his clients are also women.

At work he wears a badge with his name of it, which causes people to always ask where he is from..

when they ask he always says he’s from Africa, people are usually taken back as he is pretty fair skin, and they normally associate Africa with people with a darker complexion.

Well.. when he responds he is from Africa the women normally are like no way! Really? And they start a conversation over it.

I’ve mention it to him that it bothers me as I feel he should just say he is from Algeria and they won’t react that way or try to make a conversation.. he says “well... they don’t know where Algeria is and I have to explain is in Africa anyways”

I feel like it’s kind of flirtatious when he starts off by saying I’m from Africa, He’s had a couple of incidents when women are being flirtatious even after him telling them he is married.

Am I overly jealous?

We’ve had an argument over this as I feel like he should respect how I feel about but he won’t budge as he says he isn’t doing anything wrong.

Please sisters give me some advice. I want to make sure I’m not over reacting.
