BV. Please help

So I tend to have re occurring bacteria vaginosis infection. I think they are from my husband. I know they aren’t STDs we’ve been tested many times to rule it out. Every time he goes away symptoms stop. So I’m pretty positive it’s him.

My question is has anyone had there significant other treated to and symptoms stopped? I’m so desperate to not have this stupid issue any more!

Please help
