Shooting pain with c section

4 weeks pp. I've had these shooting pains along side my right hip. Ive felt it as soon as the numbness wore off in the hospital but couldn't tell where my incision was so just assumed it was that burning but now I know it's not. It's like a burning stinging sensation. My incision is nice and clean and I don't feel the pain there. It comes and goes. I don't believe it's an infection. Just not sure what it is or if it's normal. Any input ?
