How to balance free time

So I've been in my relationship for 2 and a half years and live with my boyfriend. He works from 5am-5pm so the only time I really get to see him is at night. My two best girl friends are both single and want to go out and drink all the time, at least once a week. My bf says that's too much and I think I agree, or should I be making more time for my friends? I'm just having trouble balancing it all and want to make everyone happy!
