Lactose Intolerance
My 10 month old son's pediatrician told us this week that he suspects lactose intolerance to some degree. He has been eating cheese and yogurt fine for a couple of months but is starting to have issues now that we've been trying a little cow's milk. So likely it's not too severe, yet... He also said it may get better or worse as time goes on. I have never dealt with lactose intolerance in any degree before. Any advice or tips?
