NURSERY HELP!!

So I’m 13 weeks now (we know we are having a girl already) and have had the urge to nest and clean for the past couple days. We have the crib already set up but is it too early to be buying paint and carpet cleaning and just getting everything started? It’s the first time in weeks that I actually have the energy to do anything but I don’t want to start too early! Anyone’s advice would be great!
