Absolute fear scared mum

I seem to just cry every night with fear ... i was diagnosed with herpes 6 years ago and haven’t had an outbreak since, but I google so much and just scare myself so much that I can pass it to my newborn just by skin to skin or kissing her even without any outbreak ... I am terrified to hold her or kiss or hug her it’s making me very depressed , I know I need to speak to someone about it but I just want some reassurance from people on here , anyone else carriers ? How do you get by? My baby was delivered by c section too so I know nothing was passed during delivery it’s just after I feel so scared to lose her I’ve only just gotten her ...
