diagnosed with idiopathic intracranial hypertension

So basically I was just suddenly diagnosed with"swelling in my brain" they don't know why it's happening but I have a major risk at losing my sight if we don't keep an eye on it. At my appointment yesterday I was told that I'm still not gaining weight I'm losing. I haven't had any vomitting or anything. And I have been eating well. Food news is baby is fine and growing but I'm a nervous wreck. I've had two other very normal, healthy pregnancies so this is such a change. They told me I will have to have a scheduled section around 38 weeks because I absolutly cannot push. I'm terrified. I've always had natural births that I'm terrified of being cut open!
