Glucose Screening coming up!
FTM here and I have my glucose screening this Tuesday (the day after Christmas 😠). I'm a little nervous about it because I'm definitely one of those people that never turn down sweets and diabetes runs in my family. But I'm also not sure what to expect from the test. Any advice for how to get through the test without stressing about it or killing someone out of hunger? haha I was told I can eat nothing at all after 10pm the night before :(
