Dreaming?

So my boobs have become sore almost immediately after ovulation this month. We tried the smep this time around with preseed externally. Usually my boobs don’t get sore until a few days/week before af so that was my first 🤔. When I ate lunch on 7dpo I felt sick to my stomach and this rush of exhaustion took over. I just thought it was too many carbs (I’m diabetic so my sugar was high) then after I ate th next two days i felt small waves of naseau. TMI but had some loose stools too. One of my students went home w the stomach bug Friday so I’m also thinking maybe I caught something? But last night- idk if I was dreaming or it was happening lol but I felt my lower abdomen burn and pinch. When I moved to sleep on my side my boobs were killing me! Never has this ever happened! So I’m thinking it was a dream but praying it was maybe implantation? I am 10dpo today and just had another episode of diarrhea(sorry) I did take a cheapie and bfn yesterday at 9dpo (I know that’s too early but I was hoping!)

Anyone feel this way??
