Am I pregnant? Help me!

I have unprotected sex every other weekend. So I had un protected sex on the weekend of the 10th December and according to this app ovulation happened the week of the 10th. My period is suppose to come on the 28th. For a bit my vagina lips tingle, itch, they are swollen, my eyes will hurt but no headache, sometimes my breasts will hurt when touched and my nipples will be hard and sore. I am also very sleepy. Today (Dec 25th) I woke up with bad acide reflex and I bit of bleeding on my panties. I thought it was my period early so I put in a tampon and took it out 4 hours later and it was brown.... Any ideas? Sorry for the gross picture.
