Late Period w/ Light Bleeding For A Week After Ovulation

Okay lol this is probably so TMI but I’ve struggled with early miscarriages in the past, so my boyfriend and I tried pretty much every day this month for a baby and around 5 days after ovulation I bled, but it was more like brown discharge and over the next few days there was some brighter blood too, heavier than spotting but nowhere near a period. I’m now 5 days late for my period, is there any chance I could be pregnant & should I test?
