Struggles with anxiety!!!!

Hi ladies! The holidays are always a busy time for everyone. More so for others than for me. My bf is Hispanic and he’s catholic so he’s super busy. I got really big anxiety when I didn’t hear from him yesterday. I called him later and he picked up saying that things got crazy with his nieces and nephews. I won’t see him till sometime next week. But I’m really getting anxiety about him not being able to chat much. Any tips?
