sick of my doctors surgery!

I've been at the same doctors surgery since I was born, I had a fantastic dr who was also the manager at the practise until he retired 6yrs ago. he called late night to tell me he was leaving due to his own health but he'd picked his own replacement and put a note to say I'm only to see her, I struggle with anxiety after a mental breakdown and it takes me a long time to be able to talk to someone new. 2yrs later I could finally speak to her and she's a great dr, last

year new management took over and it's a horrible place, they care more about money than patient health. I take 58 tablets a day to be able to get out of bed and move around, they've sent me letters to tell me I have to stop taking half my meds now (even addictive ones your meant to wean off!) my dr has put me straight back on them when she found out but now each month my prescription is wrong, they don't give enough to last a month then accuse me of trying to overdose

I have a note on the system saying to speak to my mom because I struggle so today someone with a huge bitchy attitude called (my mom's phone) about a prescription being requested too early (my mom ordered it as she does all my meds daily) and told her she needs to speak to me, I wasn't there so my mom explained about the note saying to talk to her due to mental illness but she refused to even look at my notes and told my mom I'd have to call the surgery tomorrow but I wasn't getting the tablets till after new year (that'll be 13 days with none). everything was great until new management came and I asked questions they didn't wanna answer (another dr caused suffering and distress to a family member by refusing to do her job because she was old and the family didn't need to know what was happening-her words) so tomorrow I'm going to have to call my dr and ask for her help because once again the management can't do their goddamn jobs and want profit over everything! I can't change doctors nor a number of reasons but I'm just so sick of arguing with people that don't understand about my health!
