Babys sick

So unfortunately my son has a fever since today and i can tell he is getting sick because hes not himself . He turned one on december 7 . I called his clinic and thy said they are closed and wont open saturday and they will open until Wednesday of January . But the person i was speaking to told me i can give him tylenol or motrin since he is already one . I found a cough medicine for babys up to 6 months and up but im concerned about the tylenol. On the box says its for 2-3 years and up and for kids under 24 to ask his doctor which i cant because they are closed already ?! Have any of u had this happen ?! What did u do ?!
