2.5 Months Left - What is a Must Have?

Question

I'm adopting a baby boy that's due in March. For some reason it didn't really click until tonight that he will be here in less than 3 months! 
That said I'm freaking out. I have no idea what I should get him ASAP. If you haven't adopted before; its hard because you don't want to over shop and have tons of baby stuff you'll have to either get rid of or put away in case you get re-matched. 
Well... I have no idea what would be considered a necessity? What are some must haves? What should wait until the paperwork is handled (after he is born)?
edit to add: I have induced lactation and plan to breastfeed too.

diapers, wipes, pajamas (all a new baby really wears), nasal snot sucker i loved nose frida, baby tylenol, a few receiving blankets, somewhere for baby to slrep and a car seat

Besides what baby needs, I would say to focus on other things that make it easier for you. Baby basicly needs you, so by takig care of yourself you're taking care of him too. Prep some meals or start buying some freezer mails for example. I've heard that a prep machine is very nice to have when you do formula, especially at night time. I had to supplement only 1 to 2 oz a day in the first two week, and I hated the fact it took time. Every minute seemed too long when my LO was crying and I needed my sleep. And not to forget babywearing. So you'll be able to move freely. Maybe also see if it is posible to hire someone for housekeeping once a week. In the beginning you have not a lot of time to do things and a messy home really has effect on your psychical wellbeing. This way you can also sleep when baby sleeps, without worrying too much about house duties that pile up.
