sleep tips

i really need tips..... i don't need to hear anything Harsh about how it's my fault cause i already understand and accept that it's m my fault and I'm harsh enough on myself so here's the situation. my son is 15 months old seems to be teething constantly and grows like a weed. my issue is, is that i cannot get him to wean nor can i get him to sleep without me or sleep through the night. I've exhausted every option i can think of im not good at the firm aspect of things and i do not belive in crying it out, the one time we tried hee made himself sick. im getting a little desperate for ideas I'm completely out and feeling like a terrible mom that i can't get this figured out.
