Would you see someone who lives with their ex?

Question

This isn’t a relationship but dating, so until they move out in a few months as they have to save up; it’s just seeing them exclusively. However I’ve done it because I don’t lose out if they are with or not with the ex, I wouldn’t if I knew outright they were I’m saying if it turned out they were I wouldn’t be heartbrokenly upset. They left the ex.
I just wanted to know other people’s opinions and reactions.

It's a strong no from me. They likely still share the same bed and everything. You can't believe everything from one side of his situation there. Whether or not they are really together isn't something that's known for sure but because it could be true AND they live together I wouldn't waste time with it. Next thing you know wife/girlfriend/fiance finds out about you and trashes your name around because you willingly got involved with a man while he lives with another woman and then you and him look like terrible people. No doubt he would lie about how it happened or say you knew he was married/in a relationship. Run far far away. and find somebody that's actually worth your time before you get too involved with this person that could just be trying to test if the grass is greener on the other side without having to leave the woman who lives with him. It's not worth it.

my friend and her long term BF (also my friend) broke up and they lived in an apartment together, she ended up having to stay there for a few months after they broke up (8 years together) 
she moved into the smallest bedroom. furthest away from everything. 
they both started dating other people. and it all worked out! it has got to be hard dating someone who is living with an EX but I this case they were so over as a couple, and to this day remain friends.

Me and my ex broke up mutually we had a house together and needed to finish a few months with the lease. We had separate rooms and separate beds! I had some strong hate for him at the time so no we didn’t continue to have sex...after he realized i was done he wanted to get back with me i said no cuz nothing will change. I started dating and my bf at the time didn’t like it so he wanted me to stay majority of the time with him. Which i understood. Me and my ex ended up being really good friends and didn’t have a sexual relationship after that. 
But it’s very hard to trust what the other person is saying.

Because they are obviously still together and I have way too much respect for myself to be hanging around someone who’s clearly in a relationship with someone else. Nooooope. Never. I briefly dated a guy who was going through a divorce. Or so I thought. I received text messages from his wife from HIS phone a week into dating reaming me out for being a home wrecker and that I would never be her daughter’s mother. 
I asked him how she got access to his phone..only to find out she was still living in their home (he owned it, as he bought it before they got married)  “until she got a place of her own”.
That was a hard no for me. If you are separated and going through a divorce, you don’t live in the same home. You don’t share a bedroom still “to not make it awkward for your two year old daughter”. 
You can’t emotionally start another relationship when you wake up to your past every morning and make waffles together like everything is normal. 
So..no. I would wait until they have there stuff together. The future ex wife/husband will cause drama. The potential person your dating may cause unnecessary drama. 
And at the end of the day, they’re still legally married. It’s all kinds of stressful.
