help please(sorry its long)

So mine and my boyfriends relationship has been hitting some bumps in the road and we've been trying to work through some things. I've kind of let the house go because I've been so tired so today I've done a huge deep cleaning of all the rooms while my boyfriend is at work. Now I know just this will make him happy but I'd like to also do something else for him but I dont know what. we could definitely get a baby sitter for a few hours if we needed to so including the baby isn't a must but we can't do anything overnight just yet. and if course I'd want to end the night with sex so anyways to make sexy time sexier😂 would be great
