What time did your feet swelling start?

I hear so much about feet swelling frustration but haven’t noticed any yet. Curious when it typically occurs!

Ehh I had some in early pregnancy due to other reasons—I was in a car for 3 days then at a conference then supervising my movers unloading but as I told my doc “anyone’s feet would have swollen then.”
I get some every now and then if I’ve been on my feet way too long or even sitting with my feet down for too long. 
But essentially I don’t get swollen feet a lot.

I will be 33 weeks on Thursday and I haven’t had any swelling yet.

If you have some swelling after being on your feet a lot that's pretty normal, if you swell up and stay swollen you should probably add in some more protein and possibly a little more sodium (contrary to popular belief sodium - in conjunction with appropriate amounts of protein - is necessary and a good thing). My Doula and Midwives recommend at least 100-120g of protein per day and salt intake typically regulates itself through cravings and if something tastes well seasoned to you or not.

With my first pregnancy I was an icu nurse...still am but I’m like 8 weeks with my rainbow baby. Anywho, my OB told me I was gaining too much weight after I hadn’t eaten in 12 hours and had just gotten off of work. Needless to say I fired her and switched to another OB who told me I had 10 lbs of fluid in my legs! I had some intense putting edema.
