How do you battle craving which REALLY aren’t good for you! 🙈

Coke!

As in fat Coca Cola.

I can’t stop drinking it! I am 8 weeks tomorrow and I have drunk a big family size bottle in about 2/3 days, which for me is shocking! I normally have a odd glass on special occasions and usually drink water!

Since becoming pregnant I want it all the time! I don’t know if it’s because it’s helping morning sickness or if I’m actually craving it!

How do I beat this craving/addiction!
