Women who’s had breast implants! Need advice!

So after having my baby, my breasts have completely lost its perk and just sags now. Not that I had much to start with anyways.. oh funny story! I was actually about to get my boob job a year ago but about two days before my surgery date, I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive 😂 lol. But my question is this, how long did it take you to heal? I work in clothing retail and was wondering how long should I take time off?
