Hair, Skin, and Nail vitamins?

I’m trying to grow out my hair for my wedding (it’s not for another year, but starting now lol), do hair, skin, and nail vitamins work? Just wondering! Thanks!!

Biotin got hair, skin, and nails can be found at Walmart. I don’t remember the exact brand but I believe it’s in a green bottle. My cousin had bald patches on her head and really thin hair and she’s been using it for a few months ago and her hair is growing in really nicely! She said they work well for her nails as well.
