Help! What’s going on?

Hi. So 2 days after my period ends I get slime like discharge that it clear (ovualtion). My period lasts 8 days and has a 24 day cycle. The slime discharge did not show up on time this time and was about 3-4 days later after my period ended which usually never happens. I just wanna know, is my period late most likely because I ovulated late? My period was due today and it never came. I have only been spotting for the past 2 days but you can hardly see it. I gave not had sex but 10 days ago I was grinding on my boyfriend with leggings and a thong on and he was nude and he only pre came.
