What’s the most import to you in a relationship and why?

You can say more and in comments describe more or combine some that are important. For me it’s love honesty loyalty and kindness. But it wouldn’t let me add more then five and I needed a few as well that didn’t mean much to me. I just want to see what people say, think, and let others that are younger see what they should pay more attention to. And even maybe people my age. Or older.

if someone loves you, they'll be loyal and honest. if you love someone you find them more attractive. and love can also enhance sex. so love is the most important to me.

I feel like people are answering wrong. Or maybe I think of the question differently. If you are thinking about a relationship and how it changes over time and how things DO go wrong... I'm thinking of the question as like a bottom line to build on for a stable relationship. I think it's honesty. The person you choose needs to be honest above all else. They can then tell you if they are falling out of love, they can tell you what's not working. They would tell you if they were disloyal. Contrary to what some people believe I think someone can love you and be dishonest, not loyal, disrespectful etc. I believe that because I am an honest person, and I know I have messed up in relationships with people I love. Love doesn't make someone infallible.
