STD/HPV

I noticed tonight what appears to be a skin tag type thing on my labia. I know that my labia can't get skin tags so it is probably gonna be genital warts 😥😥 I have to wait till tomorrow to call my GYN but if this is what it is I have no idea what to say to my boyfriend. He and I have both been sexually active before each other and have had STD tests. HPV doesn't have a test, unless you include a pap smear for cervical cancer that can be caused by HPV. I have no idea what to say to him/how to explain it.
