Is it me or him?

So things haven’t been great for the past few months between my boyfriend and I and whenever I try to sort out is either he tried to get back at me or gets angry. So for the last time I tried calling to sort out things and suddenly he said that the love that he has for me is reducing so I have to work hard to eat it back!!!!After 7 years of relationship this is what he is saying to me!? I don’t know what he means by that.. I admitted it I haven’t been the best gf but I try and tried to change for him, sacrificed a lot , and love him but after him saying this , im left lost confused..is it me or him ???
