Help, late period :(

so according to my <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period calendar</a>, I was suppose to have started 4 days ago. I'm still getting cramps and was told that it's also a symptom to pregnancy. sooo I took 2 pregnancy tests and they came out negative. wthh
