Breast pump?

My regular insurance doesn't cover a breast pump at all and from what I have read North Carolina Medicaid doesn't cover one. I have a WIC appoitment coming up. Would I be able to get anything from them?

Medicaid should, when Obama put the affordable care act into place that was a part of it. You might just have to get a prescription from your doctor and have it filled from an approved online pharmacy. I’d call an insurance rep to be sure though!

What?? Insurance in America covers a breast pump? That’s awesome, not in Australia though. The one I’m looking at is about $160, would have loved to get that covered.

Wic will give you one at 6 weeks... however are you in US? by law your insurance is suppose to cover a pump...
