Labor??? Plz help!

I'm having really bad cramps in my lower back and it won't go away no matter what I do. Could I be having back labor? IDK what to think. She's not moving much so it's not bc she's kicking me. I'm 39 weeks tomorrow. I never felt this with my first so anyone plz help

My best friend went into labour and had back contractions, doctors on the phone had told her not to go in to hospital as it was unlikely to be labour by the time she realised she was actually in labour Baby’s head was already out! Best to go get checked to be sure!. Good luck! X

I’d just go in and get checked. If you are are that far along, you never know. You could be in actual labor. I was in labor for 36+ hours with my first and I had really bad back pain. I also had a yeast & uti infection

Thank you ladies. They stopped on their own but now im having menstrual cramps on and off but their not close together. If they do I'll go to the hospital. Maybe something will happen tonight🤞🙏. Her daddy, sissy and I are ready to meet her.

Can you talk through them? Are they in a pattern? You don’t want to go in to early and increase risk of intervention, but those question will help determine the best course of action.
