Period Hac for changing your pad/ tampon at school

For those of y'all that are still in school, you understand how hard it can be to change your pad/tampon during school hours. This hac helps me. Materials: Snack baggie, tampon or pad, and your shoe. First, put the pad and/or tampon in the baggie. Then, if it's a pad, roll it up, and shove in the toe of the shoe. Third, put the shoe on. Lastly, ask a teacher to go to the bathroom, or go inbetween class periods.
