Birth control?

Question

Which one best works? Especially for no periods or little period to none? I don’t think the pills will work for me. 😞 and can y’all let me know how it worked for you. I had in mind the Mirena but not sure.

I had back to back Mirena IUDs for over 7 years and I loved it! No periods (just spotted for a couple days every few months), no adverse effects, and I never got pregnant (even though I’m super fertile and got pregnant 6 days after removing it). I had mild cramping when they inserted them probably because my uterus was small (never had kids), but removing it was painless - just pressure. I highly recommend it!

If you don't want a period, go with the ones that make it to where you don't get one. But if you want one with a percentage of not getting pregnant while on BC, the pill is 99% effective

I took the pill for years. You take one a day for 3 weeks and then don't take any for a week(you'll get your period that week) and repeat. They made me feel like i had more control becuase i could stop it whenever i wantdd. I tried nuvaring and hated it. Then had an iud for 4 years, I still got my period but it made it so I didn't have to remember to take a pill daily. The only part of an iud I didn't like was the potential of damage, pain, rejection and that a doctor had to remove it. There's pros and cons to everything
