He's soooooo ANGRY 😡😠😡

My SO has worked at the same place for 10 years. Him and 4 other guys (he is one of the two captains) are like the "dream team". They make that place run and they don't fuck shit up. Well, within the last week, 2 of the guys who are also 2 of his good friends both put in their two weeks. He was pretty upset when he heard about the first one, but now that another one has done the same he's super pissed - and I'm getting the shit end of the stick.

I understand why he is upset, but I'm having a hard time sympathizing with him while he's treating me like dirt. Really frustrated here. They're adults, if they want to quit their job, that's on them. People get burnt out and don't want to do the same thing forever or stay in the same place forever. I'm at my wits end here. I'm tempted to message one of them and tell them to talk to him.
