anyone else up late and hubby get mad

So every night I get the little one to bed around 930 10pm and she wakes anywhere from 2or3 am most the time after she goes to bed me and hubby watch tv( cuz that's his thing)and get to bed around midnight for me I'm still up and know that by the time I fall asleep I maybe get an hr b4 I have to wake up and b mom so I catch up on my apps on my phone lol I figured everyone sleeping it's quiet thing to do but even if my brightness is down it's still bright wellll hubby said I was irritating him by being in my phone. like what it's not like I'm even laughing or anything. side note always can sleep if tv is on and if baby is crying. Am I the rude one or is he?, he currently on the couch cuz he that irritated w me.
