Pregnancy announcement to family. Does it sound okay?

My DH and I just found out we’re pregnant!❤️❤️ We want to announce to our family first, after our first OB appointment then to the rest of the world after the first trimester is over.

I wrote a little saying to send to them with a photo for the announcement and I need your help because I am absolutely not a poet. 😂😅

“We have a secret we’d like to share

But ONLY to our family, whom we love and care

We can’t hold it in, so we would like to say

Baby White is on the way!”

Do you ladies think it will get the point across?

Do you have any suggestions as to how to phrase the whole thing better?
