Gestational diabetes??? Failed one hour glucose test

I’ve been driving myself crazy the last couple weeks. My doctor emailed 3 weeks ago saying I did not pass my 1 hour glucose test (170) and then promptly left on vacation since then so she hasn’t responded to me. Naturally I completely freaked out immediately. I eat well, I exercise, I’ve only gained 10lbs and I’m 27 weeks tomorrow. I REALLY don’t want to do the 3 hour test because of how the first one made me feel so I’ve been doing my own blood glucose monitoring at home to keep me somewhat sane. Fasting levels and then 1 and 2 hour post meal. I’ve sent my doctor all my numbers to see if she thinks they are sufficient as they are all in the normal ranges. My question is, has anyone been diagnosed with GD and their at home monitoring numbers still look like this?? I have not made any changes to my diet at all, but I’m freaking myself out so much now that I get crazy nervous right before I test where my heart starts pounding and my hands are shaking and then of course my numbers are higher, but once I calm myself down a few mins later they are back to normal. I feel like I’m doing more harm by stressing myself out at this point.... still waiting for my doctors response but this is just killing me! 😩
