are there any symptoms of gestational diabetes or could it only be detected from blood glucose numbers?

Answer

Being more tired than usual. After eating something with a lot of carbs or sugar getting tired and sleepy/hot. That’s just what I noticed during after my 1 and 3 hr test and I didn’t pass with a 2 hr number of 160
Sometimes there won’t be any symptoms other than a high blood glucose number
