Don't give up hope *Its long*

My husband and I have 4 girls. (2 are his bonus children). I was done having children but he wanted to try for a boy. After a while I decided I wanted to try to give him this.

I consulted my ob/gyn. We did 4 rounds of clomid and nothing. He did some test and told me due to my scar tissue I would need to see a reproductive endocrinologist. I did and at my first appointment we scheduled an hsg, talked of trigger shots, and letrozole. About a week before I was supposed to go in for the hsg my world fell apart, I didn't get to go to it. I didn't think anything was going to go right. I had already taken the letrozole as prescribed but I just knew we were out that month.

Well about 10dpo I noticed I was extremely nauseous and my boobs hurt so bad. I tested late in the day and got a vfp. I made an appointment and went in the next day. Sac and thick lining but no yolk sac. At 6 weeks I found out I was having twins!! Now I am on the long 8 week wait before I can tell the world.
