I need real advice.

Natalie • 22, Married & mother to my beautiful Ayva Raylynn.. Pregnant with baby #2 :) baby dust to all of you beautiful ladies!

I’m 13 weeks 3 days. So far I’m as healthy as can be and so is the baby.

Only thing is I’m over weight for my height and age. Before I got pregnant I was not working out what so ever which is why I’m intimidated.

The doctor recommended walking daily and eating healthy, but I want to take it a step further. I feel so uncomfortable in my skin. And I want to be able to lose the baby weight soon after the baby is born.

My only concern is how do I start?

I don’t Exercise so I’m a little timid. I want to be as healthy as can be.

I was at 197 when I first found out I was pregnant I’m now at 190 by just eating healthy and walking.

I mainly want to tone my arms and butt is that possible during pregnancy? Sorry I have so many questions.
