Period cramps after period has ended?

I posted this in another group before I realized this one existed, so I apologize for the double post lol. But I’ve been having really uncomfortable cramps since my period ended a week ago (1/12-1/13 had brown spotting last Saturday). This has been going on almost a week now, and at first I didn’t think much about it, but they’ve started getting a little worse. They’re not emergency room, excruciatingly painful, but they’re very uncomfortable. Tonight it happened and it hurt to the point I almost doubled over in pain at one point but it eased up. It’s mainly just dull pain, but can be sharp pains on occasion. I checked just to see if I was ovulating, and I don’t believe I am. I’ve never had this before to my knowledge, so it’s throwing me off lol. Plus google is not helpful. I’m just curious if this is something normal that happens or if I should have reason to be concerned. I do plan on calling my OB Monday if the pain persists or gets worse. Thanks for any advice or input!
