Multiple miscarriages as a young woman?

I'm so stressed that I'm infertile or something's wrong with my insides. I know everyone has their own struggle. To everyone trying to have a baby I wish you health and baby dust.

I got pregnant by accident when I was 17 and didn't realize it until I spent a week in such horrible pain and had what I thought was just a really bad period but was really a miscarriage (doctor confirmed it for me). Not sure why it happened but I moved on overtime.

The second time I got pregnant was last summer (when I was 22) and I found out pretty quickly when af didn't show. I did everything I could to be safe and calm but almost 3 weeks after I found out I started bleeding and cramping hard again and had another miscarriage 😭

I'm terrified that I'm cursed or have some condition or something. Just wondering if you guys think this is something to get checked out or something to stop worrying about? I feel like I'm so young I should be able to get pregnant and stay pregnant? Why both times have I lost them?

To everyone who's been through this once or 100 times I'm so sorry I'm not trying to offend anyone by posting this so if something I wrote hurt you or upset you I apologize that was not the intention!!!
