kinda scared..=(

My husband is having a sperm analysis done in 3 days time, we've been ttc for a while, although not a year just yet, but almost. I cant help but feel anxious and scared/worried that it will be bad news/a bad result. I know i shouldnt worry just yet, but i suffer from severe anxiety which im on Meds for, but i cant stop thinking about it. So if it is bad im not sure how il cope im already stressing at this stage. My husband and i are 28, he does not smoke, does not drink(never has), takes vitamins, plays football once a week, but i know this doesnt automatically mean he will be fine. Any advice?
