what could it be...

i'm veryyy itchy down there. last night was my first time shaving in 2 weeks because i had chlamydia and a uti and didn't feel like it. i took both my medications 2 weeks ago. ever since last night i've been very itchy and when my boyfriend and i had sex this morning as soon as i came it hurt a lot and i went to the bathroom to pee and it hurt to pee and there were like 1-2 drops of blood.

i'm very scared it's something bad (i always tend to think worst case) so i have a couple questions. 1. what could this be? 2. how long after having sex with someone who has herpes can they appear (apparently my ex has it but i haven't slept with him in about a year) 3. what are the signs of a yeast infection?
