Well, its officially confirmed. I have PCOS. I’m not surprised, really, I haven’t had a period for 4 months since going off birth control. I know this is just the beginning of a long journey but I would love some tips and tricks on conceiving with PCOS. Medications to avoid? What to expect? PCOS diet?
