How long does it take to get pregnant with PCOS

Becoming very discouraged I’ve went through 3 rounds of Clomid, taken Vitex, taken fertilaid, and used preseed with no success. We have been trying for well over a year and just wanting to know when are time will be. It’s discouraging in this group because there aren’t many people you see who actually get a BPF bc they move on to the next app for pregnancy or just with no success. I just want a little one to call my own already.
