So confused about ovulation!

hi ladies,

I was diagnosed with PCOS in October, a little over a year after my son was born. I haven't had a period on my own since last April (any period has been induced medically).

so I took bc last month to jump start my hormones and I felt really good about it because I had opks that showed pretty dark compared to never getting a darker line before. well I thought I missed my surge testing earlier in the month (I'll include my pics below).

well I had tons of ewcm in the shower yesterday, which I thought was super strange. so I took an opk today (5 days before my predicted period here) and on CD like 25 I think? and it almost looks positive to me!

would you baby dance away and hope I just ovulated late? or do you think it's just a coincidence. (I actually conceived my son a week before my expected period when we conceived him, so I guess it's possible? )
