Insomnia keeps winning

Does anybody else suffer from insomnia or have any tips/advice on how to deal with it? I’ve had it for about a year now and I know the root cause is mental and emotional stress but I just don’t know what to do. Doctors here are terrible and don’t really care. I’ve tried listening to music before sleeping, drinking certain tea etc but nothing seems to work 😔 I feel like it’s affected my ability to function and focus.
